Face and body paint recalls on paint not safe for face and skin.

Paints made in Shanghai by Shanghai Color Art and Stationary Company Ltd. and contributed nationwide by Oriental Trading Co. of Omaha Nebraska are on recall. The recalled paints were put out by the Nebraska companies sister company or subsidiary called Fun Express. I would say what in the world grin. Yeah it is not paint that is sold out here anyway but then in ways the Nationwide alerts for the usa of course and places like that. They would not allow such things into europe even prior to recalls of course.

I am not going to list all the numbers and such after them on the upc. It is recalled paint from Fun Express aka Shanghai Color Art and Stationary company ltd distributed by Oriental Trading company out of Omaha Nebraska. The colors recalled on paints are Blue, Purple, Red, Orange, Black, Green, ect. Again do not use cheap paint and things on skin it is not worth it. Even if they are said to be professional paints look into what they put into the paint's. Just use your brain and a little research to keep skin rashes, itching skin, skin burns or burning of skin and redness and swelling from happening when doing face painting and body painting.

That is one of the recalls out there but, of course there are more and such in the usa from bad paints. Also it would take too long to list all the unsafe paints here. Simple use european products and you have no need to worry about it being unsafe! Simple and easy the only way to know Halloween paints are safe!

I am so tired of china recalls and usa recalls pages for its just simple they do not have to worry if they would not deal in unsafe ways with unsafe products and foods.

    When you buy face paints and body paints it is very important that they are safe for skin and do not contain dangerous chemicals like found in the black henna. I have done professional face painting and body painting for others and was hired as one of the face painters in Dallas Texas USA during my time in the usa. I am sadly an american but, I never did paintings or art as other americans. When I did face painting or body paint I put detail into it and made it look real. My cat face paintings were like cats not just painting whiskers and a cat mouth. I also never seemed to think or feel as most americans. I am probably the most un american of anyone in the usa. grin. I was on of the most called upon painters for parties and events in Dallas & Fort Worth Texas. This means when it comes to the best and safe face paints I know what I am talking about by using paint on myself for over a decade before ever even painting anyone else or being hired as on of the face painters and body painters in dallas and fort worth texas ect.

    I use only european paint. Though I do not like the Snazaroo paints as much as the kryolan paints it is true that I have used and at times still use the uk paint Snazaroo. UK facepaint and bodypaint Snazaroo is created with way higher standards than any american paints as is the best paints KRYOLAN German facepaint and bodypaint. German products and all in Europe are not allowed to contain dangerous chemicals and combinations of anything that could harm or damage skin in anyway. They are all made for people that could be allergic to paints. If you are allergic to paints it could be your using things that have cocoa butter or other things which some have allergies to. If you are a face painter or one of the body painters for hire you also have to keep in mind some people are allergic to nuts and creams of sorts as well as natural things. I would say to be safe only use euro paints since they do not allow lead in paints and dangerous chemicals that burn the skin.

    USA face painters and people using face paints that causes burning feeling or burning sensations on skin, swelling on skin where the paint was, itching, redness, rashes and such should not use that paint anymore. You have to look at the list on what is in paints to be sure they are safe! The FDA and usa does not regulate paints and any products as they should. It is up to you to take control and charge of face painters supplies and material and keep it safe. I always paid more due to shipping and getting my paints from europe but, it is worth it. I would not use usa crap on my face or anyone else's skin or body.
