Coli is very simple. Make sure you cook your meats at the proper temp. Eat meat that is not rare or bloody and cook meats well done. The cooking process will eliminate the E. Coil by killing the virus. It is a very simple solution to the E Coli Problems that hit the USA too much. Even I am tired of the E Coli alerts.
