There was said to be about 5,900 Pounds of Beef and Buffalo Products Contaminated with the E. Coli Virus. Information on Buffalo Products & Beef Recalls are listed below.     July 25th of 2007 A Hastings Nebraska  Firm Custom Pack Inc. was found to have sent out Beef and Buffalo Products said to be infected with the E. Coli Virus. The E. Coli was discovered through testing by the Nebraska Department of Health Services & The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The meats were being tested as part of an investigation due to reported illness from the contaminated beef and buffalo products.    E. Coli Alerts on Beef Recall and Recalled Beef and Buffalo Product Recalls are said to have been only sent out to Restaurants and Institutions in Colorado. The Contaminated beef recalled and buffalo product recalls are said to only be for Nebraska Restaurants and Colorado Institutions but, to be safe I wanted to list the recalled products. To be on the safe side it is best to just avoid any of their meats put out in between June 1st and June 13th or after until they are cleared! E Coli Alert For Custom Pack Inc Buffalo Products and Beef Recalls with products produced between June 1st of 2007 and June 13th of 2007. The Establishment Number on each is in the USDA Mark Of The USDA INSPECTION ( ESTABLISHMENT NUMBER : EST 5650 : ) However, like I say I would alert you to stay clear of any of their foods and products until they have been all tested and cleared from E. COLI   Read Symptoms Of E. Coli Virus & Information on E Coli     Looks like a major E Coli Outbreak on EColi starting but, we should hope not. There was also an E Coli Alert and E. Coli Alerts for Flint Michigan due to Abbots Meat Inc. Which was also a Ground Beef RECALL ON BEEF that was said to have went out to Michigan Restaurants and Beef in Michigan Hotels and Institutes. BEEF RECALL AND RECALLED BEEF! Ecoli Alert to be on the alert for E. Coli listings as they may start coming up. Seems we may be seeing E Coli Alerts and Beef Recalls coming out more in the near future but, we can only hope not. I will try to be ready to research and look into things to be again the first to keep people on the alert but, keep in mind I work many hours and have less time for pages. Check back often on the Alerts page for all the Recalls on Beef that I fear will be coming up. For the Michigan Beef Recall from Abbots Meat Inc. it was said they sent out about 27,000 Pounds of Beef that is said to be recalled beef from E Coli in the beef. Beef was also put out in July of 2007 with the ecoli virus in beef. Their production dates for the Recalled Beef was said to be July 12, 2007 to July 20th 2007 but, AGAIN DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY! I would say to alert and avoid beef put out from July 1st to the end of this recall on beef. I fear it could end up being more than just Michigan beef recalls and Colorado with Nebraska. To be safe everyone please try to avoid beef for the next month or two until they track the source of the E. Coli. All we can do is wonder is this again the contaminated water or could it be something else. Stay Informed and Safe!
